GTS ENVIRO INDIA PVT LTD’s DISSOLVED AIR FLOATATION SYSTEMS

Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) is the process of removing suspended solids, oils, and other contaminants via the use of air bubble flotation. Air is dissolved into water, mixed with the waste stream, and released from the solution while in intimate contact with the contaminants. Air bubbles form, attach to the solids, increase their buoyancy, and float the solids to the water’s surface.

The dissolved air comes out of the solution, producing millions of microscopic bubbles. These bubbles attach to the solids and float them to the surface where they are mechanically skimmed and removed from the tank. Our Skid Mounted DAF cum UF System is designed to remove fats, oils & grease (FOG), suspended solids, hydrocarbon oils/emulsions and many other contaminants.

BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT

GTS Enviro India Pvt Ltd has wide experience with different types of biological treatment methods.
MBBR: The most advanced and highly effective method for treating wastewater is the Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR) technology, which involves the use of microorganisms attached to carriers and suspended in water. MBBR systems utilize suspended plastic media within a reactor tank to support the growth of microorganisms responsible for breaking down organic pollutants in the wastewater. Our MBBR solution has been the choice for several types of water such as effluent from process industries, textile dyeing industries, tanneries, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and other industrial effluents.

ELECTROCOAGULATION SYSTEMS

GTS ENVIRO INDIA PVT LTD’s Highly Efficient Electro Coagulation System is a cost-effective and successful technology used for treating and purifying Industrial effluent, Sewage, and Surface water. This electrochemical process removes Colour, Suspended solids, Colloidal matters, heavy metals, Oil& grease, and Organic matters (BOD & COD) present in the Wastewater using electricity without adding any chemicals. We Manufacture and Supply the Electrocoagulation system based on the quantity and characteristics of various types of industrial effluent on a Custom-built basis.

ANAEROBIC ETP & BIOMETHANATION PLANTS

Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) is an anaerobic wastewater treatment process to remove the organic load present in the wastewater and produce biogas.

GTS ENVIRO INDIA PVT LTD’s UASB system involves the following features:
Upflow Design: The upward flow promotes an effective intimate contact between the wastewater and the anaerobic bacteria/microorganisms present in the sludge in an oxygen-free environment by creating the right conditions (sludge blanket as biofilms) for the anaerobic bacteria to thrive.
These microorganisms convert organic constituents in the wastewater into biogas, primarily consisting of methane and CO2.
Biogas produced during the process rises to the top and is separated from the treated wastewater.

GTS’s TILTED PLATE INTERCEPTOR / CORRUGATED PLATE INTERCEPTOR

The system is used to separate the oil and solid particles present in the wastewater by gravity method. The system consists of a bunch of curved plates with both sides opening in raked one after the other. These bundles of plates are positioned in an inclined manner (450 angles). When the wastewater is allowed to pass through the plates, the solid particles are settled and moved to the bottom of the tank by gravity and collected as sludge. The oil contaminants (free oils and oil droplets) present in the wastewater tend to move upward to the top of the surface due to its difference in viscosity with the water. So, the oil contaminants (or droplets) are moved upward that is intercepted, and coalesce using the inclined surface of the plates.

Service work, Revamping and Upgrading 

We Undertake the service works, revamping and upgrading the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) that helps to improve its capacity, efficiency, and performance. The ETP is designed to treat wastewater from industrial processes before it is discharged into the environment. Upgrading the ETP will help to meet regulatory requirements, reduce the environmental impact of the industrial process, and improve the overall efficiency of the plant.
